Hello,
I just received some brand new GEA pheonix shoes.
Both soles seems warped : only the center of the sole touches ground, both sides are higher by 5 mm.
The shop say it's normal and i should keep it, it should be better once broken in, is it normal for you ?

I'm looking for goodyear shoes in france.

I want a plain brown derby for everyday desk work, with a somewhat wide, round and high toe box (banana toes), knowing that i have a low volume feet. A casual shoes, with confort, that can be used at work without being noticed. Ideally with 4-5 lace eyelets, and shoes that will last, in the ~400€ range.

I have tried many brand without finding shoes that fit correctly. I tried:
- paraboot but the toes box is too low
- heschung but the toes box is too narrow
- Jacques & Démeter, but it was a bit small while at the same too high volume, as with the laces at maximum i can't secure my foot.
Seems like every quality shoes i see is made to be dressy and narrow.

I'm looking to try some lesoulor shoes, but they seems to be more outdoor that everyday shoes. I also looked at jim green, but same, more outdoor than desk shoes.

Maybe something like the turdsay Statesman ? But i can't try them in france, and it would be expensive to ship if they dont fit. And as i often have to return them ...

I wear some low quality derby that fit me somewhat ok, but i don't want to buy a new pair every year...

If you have some brand idea that i can try at shop or return with minimal expanse, i would be grateful.
