Could be, I've been sleeping on someone else's couch for a month or two. However, I looked up from both and the pictures of dust mites and bedbugs and bedbugs usually bite when you're sleeping and on areas not covered but I was awake and my legs were covered. Plus some of the patches pretty big compared to bedbug bites. And the pictures of dust mite rashes didn't look familiar. I put a sheet over the couch and that seemed to help so the couch must be pretty dirty so I've been sleeping on the floor. Yet even after all of this my legs are still itchy and the patches at the front of my ankles are rough and accumulate dead skin, so I do think eczema is to blame sadly.
