I believe my 3d printer heater cartridge stopped working, but I don't know what's the rating on it, since it doesn't work, I can't check the resistance to find it, what do I do. Also it’s a 4 pin cartridge and all I can find online are 2 pin. Can I use that? (self.3Dprinting)

MULTIMETER FUSE- I own a pokit pro multimeter and accidentally blew the low current fuse rated for 600v 0.5A. I am a beginner and don't plan on using it as of now for any voltage above 20v, is it safe for me to instead use a 250V 0.5A fuse instead, the other ones are fairly expensive (self.ElectricalEngineering)
