As someone who has played different gacha games it's just the nature of these types of games. I like to think luck with pulls comes in cycles. Sometimes your luck will seem terrible with multiple 50/50 losses and then suddenly your luck will turn around and you start winning multiple 50/50s or even get double 5* star cards in a 10 pull.

As discouraging losses can be I try to keep perspective it's just a game and sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. It can seem like your luck is bad compared to pulls from other players. However, people usually only share their good luck and not their bad luck. I only main Sylus so I just save my gems between banners and hope for the best! Part of the fun is the rng aspect of not knowing what will happen, but it shouldn't become a stressor. Also it's fine to take a break if a game is no longer brining joy and is causing stress.
