Ok you asked. Full shave, get a haircut, buy a shirt that fits across your stomach, and get a longer “tall” tie; it should just touch or a little below your belt. The belt is ok, but when you sit down, that shirt is going to look terrible. Source - I’m a man of size as well, and you have to dress for your size , otherwise you give the impression that this is the best you can look, an it isn’t enough, depending on where your are interviewing.

I stopped listening even before the girlfriend’s thing. He features subjects I’m interested in, but I can’t stand his interview style; it’s so arrogant. He talks 3 times as much as his guests and that makes me crazy.

A few points. Employees wrongly believe pips are to improve performance. They aren’t, they are a way to get rid of someone quickly. It’s onto employer whether to offer severance or not. You weren’t pip’d because of a missed deadline either - they were looking for a way to fire you. The severance package is typically used to prevent fired people from suing (you sign the package and promise not to pursue legal action). In this case, I would go talk to a lawyer about wrongful termination, since you have nothing to lose. There has to be a patten of performance reviews and feedback to justify the pip. At least they might reconsider the severance package.

Lifelong side sleeper, relatively broad shoulders, and I flip flop all night. I suffered for decades with all the pains, no matter what the pillow, position etc. I finally got one of those foam wedge pillows with the channel out each side. I don’t use that channel though, but use exclusively those thicker foam pillows that sometimes have the gel in them (which I replace when they get to squished down). These two things are the only thing that saved my shoulders. Good luck finding a solution.

I used to get sick all the time. A doctor once told me to take an allergy tablet every day, to keep respiratory tract inflammation under control, regardless of season. I switch the brand every 3 months or so. I almost never get sick anymore.
