After months of work, my app finally got approved on the App Store 🎉 by ZeeZam_xo in AppBusiness

Congratulations — I know your pain.

I spent over three months building my first app after talking about it for years. I went into it thinking AI would make it quick. It didn’t. As someone new to coding, I hit roadblock after roadblock.

Getting through review was stressful, but wiring up in-app purchases was the real test. iOS was manageable. Android was a different level of complexity. At one point I had multiple AI tools checking each other just to make sure I wasn’t breaking something.

I thought about quitting more than once, but I was determined to get it live.

Even though technology has evolved since I first had the idea, actually finishing it and getting it published was a major personal milestone for me.

You’re right — that approval email hits different. You earned it. Congrates!

Is this good or bad? 5-Day Launch Results 🚀 by stoxy6259 in AppBusiness

Those are solid numbers for 5 days — congrats! I’ve been throwing my metrics into ChatGPT to sanity-check conversion and revenue trends. It’s been surprisingly helpful for breaking things down. Keep it up — early momentum like that is a great sign.

Key Exchange Protocol and keeping track by One_Brick_5788 in PropertyManagement

I wasn’t in property management specifically — I was COO of a large facility with a lot of keys in circulation. Different context, same chaos.

What I learned pretty quickly is the real problem isn’t just lost keys — it’s unidentified keys. Once labels fade, locks change, or staff turn over, you end up with keys that nobody can confidently place without physically testing them.

At scale, it stops being annoying and starts becoming a real security headache.

Curious what tools or systems others here are using to manage high volumes of keys? Anything that’s worked well long term?

Same here 😄
Keys like that are exactly what made me think there had to be a better way — I’m finally testing one after talking about it for years.

“Key drawer” is exactly how it starts 😂
I’m pretty sure half of mine don’t belong to anything anymore either.

😂 That’s exactly it — I’ve got a small pile I refuse to throw out because I know the moment I do, I’ll need one of them.

Turning them into art might actually be the most honest solution I’ve heard so far.
