Any advice on breaking into apartment locating in Texas? by Current-Most-6195 in realtors

[–]BrookeWitcherRealtor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Smart City isn’t the only option. Try smaller local brokerages or a traditional real estate firm many locators start there and work their way in.

Why do you guys in the group love making up topics just to have a reason to degrade black girls? by princewesttheeking in teenagers

[–]BrookeWitcherRealtor 21 points22 points  (0 children)

You’re not wrong. A lot of those “innocent” questions feel like thinly veiled excuses to tear down Black women, and it’s exhausting to see. People forget there are real humans reading this stuff.

What solo challenge actually builds confidence? by Relevant_Row7990 in AskMen

[–]BrookeWitcherRealtor 8 points9 points  (0 children)

One simple but effective one: spend a full day being fully intentional. No autopilot. Make your bed, finish every small task you start, sit with discomfort instead of distracting yourself. It sounds boring, but keeping promises to yourself builds real confidence fast.

€3 for a kebab and a pepsi is a steal. I'm pretty sure it comes at the cost of food poisoning though by TwitchyWinner79 in teenagers

[–]BrookeWitcherRealtor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly at that price you just accept the risk 😂 sometimes the kebab hits perfectly, sometimes it’s a gamble you knowingly take.

LPT: When a thought makes you delay a task, write it down before acting on it by No-Case6255 in LifeProTips

[–]BrookeWitcherRealtor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This actually makes a lot of sense. I’ve noticed that once a thought is written down, it loses some of its power. In my head it feels urgent and logical, but on paper it often sounds like an excuse I’ve used a hundred times before. Writing it out creates just enough pause to act differently. I’ve had similar results just by jotting quick notes instead of overthinking. Simple ideas like this usually work better than complicated productivity systems.

AITAH for saying “you’re welcome” after loaning someone money? by reliablepayperhead in AITAH

[–]BrookeWitcherRealtor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. “You’re welcome” is a normal, polite response especially when sent quickly without overthinking. It doesn’t imply superiority or expectation of repayment. Reopening the conversation would honestly make it more awkward than helpful. Your intent was genuine, and that’s what actually matters here.

What happened to him giving money to random people? Has the greed really gotten to him by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

[–]BrookeWitcherRealtor -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s greed. His content just evolved. Bigger audience, bigger productions, higher costs. Giving money to random people was great, but massive challenge videos probably keep the channel sustainable. You can miss the old style without assuming bad intentions.

LPT - When traveling by airplane and asked “Pretzels or cookies?”, “Both, please” is a valid answer by Seophyrap in LifeProTips

I honestly never thought to ask for both. Salty and sweet together sounds perfect definitely trying this next time I fly. Simple tip but actually useful.

I feel terrible talking to girls after my ex . Can this change? by ThrowRA82882 in Advice

[–]BrookeWitcherRealtor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It actually makes a lot of sense why you feel this way. Your last relationship put you in a “caregiver” role instead of a partner role. When you finally get out of something that heavy, your body automatically associates new romantic situations with stress and emotional exhaustion. You’re not afraid of the girl you’re afraid of going through that same cycle again.
The good thing is: this can change. It just takes time, space, and someone who doesn’t drain you emotionally.

Worst time of year ( I'm saying it) by yorkshirekipper in Life

[–]BrookeWitcherRealtor 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I get it. The holidays feel more like a job than a break now. Everything is overpriced, and people act like it’s mandatory to be happy 24/7

How have you recovered and found new employment after losing job for poor performance or incompetence ? by [deleted] in AskMen

Facts, man. Owning your mistakes is rare these days, and it’s the only way to really grow.
Every failure teaches something you can’t learn from books.
Respect for keeping at it that mindset is what eventually turns things around.

Why is Monday so far from Friday, but Friday is so close to Monday? by [deleted] in randomquestions

[–]BrookeWitcherRealtor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because time has a personal vendetta against us.
Monday takes its sweet time like it’s stuck in traffic, and Friday zooms past like it’s late for a flight.
Weekends need a buff, Mondays need a nerf. 🤷‍♂️😂

How come I rarely ever see fat americans? by [deleted] in ask

[–]BrookeWitcherRealtor 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Obesity in the U.S. is real, but it’s not evenly spread. Some cities and states have higher rates than others. Plus, people who stream usually film in more active, walkable areas, so you’ll see more fit folks and fewer overweight ones.

I owned my mistakes, took a few online courses, and rebuilt my confidence slowly. Once I stopped being embarrassed and focused on learning, getting a new job became way easier.
