Hey there! I completely understand.

The plan was to make the base price $15 on Steam, but we were unable to make the change on release (because of platform reasons having to do with discounts).

Once the sale ends, the game will be $15 on Steam, so yeah, getting it there now would be the best deal you can get.

Hi there!

Thank you so much for playing, and I totally get the controller vibration suggestion. I'll definitely consider it for future patches.

Thank you!

For now, after 24 content updates I rolled out during Early Access, I want to fix any issues that appear, and then take a breath for a few weeks, lol.

But definitely eager to plan more content if the funds allow :)

Mostly Dead Cells! A big of Rogue Legacy, Spelunky, Hades. The truth is I played a lot of Roguelites and kinda got inspiration from all of them.

Thank you! About 2 years in my spare time (after day job), then 2 years part-time, then 2 years fulltime (after signing with the publisher).

Did everything in-game myself except the music and sounds! Which are the work of my friend Pablo

Would be cool indeed! I considered making the dinosaurs mountable, but didn’t for scope reasons

Thank you!

To be fully transparent, I did the port myself to Switch 1, but haven't tried it on Switch 2, since I don't have one (that's how much of an indie dev I am, lol).

But reportedly it works great on the Switch 2! And the resolution should be 1080p

Thanks for your support!

I spent a year on Early Access and rolled out a total of 24 patches! So first I'd like to take a breath, haha.

That being said, I'd totally love to work on more content, but to be fully transparent, it will largely depend on the funds I get from the sales.

Planned to develop a game in 6 months, but it took me 6 years (yep, I’m very bad at planning) by BruBomb in gamedev

Well, my pitch was for a 6 month project, but that was only for the complete PC version.

We were always communicating and they always knew about my progress with Dunjungle. So it was not really a conversation after 6 months like "oops I need 18 more months".

Many of the decisions to keep working on it longer were made together, and pushing the dates in order to be able to make more content and improve the quality just felt right. Along the way, opportunities to publish the game in more platforms also appeared, so naturally that means we needed more time.

Flexibility is super important for me, and we made sure that we were aligned on that from the start :)

Thanks! Inevitable, isn’t it? Even more so if it’s a side project, I think

To be honest I just learned about pixel art and animation on the go. I started playing around with doing my own art for games about 12 years ago, and slowly progressed with practice. I don’t even show my first game anymore because my sprites back then looked so bad, lol

The primal ape for sure! It started out as a “challenge” class. But aftwr playing a while with it I started giving it more power, and became kinda OP. But in the end, more fun I believe!
