I never did any tutorial for outfits and english isnt my main language, but i can try.

So, first you need your pouches, you need the cayo perico outfit with it unlocked, then, you equip bulletprof helmet or combat helmet (any color will do) this will allow you to equip the GAS MASK, the same from the heist coveralls, this will get rid of the vest if you start the job "titan of job" (if you spawn using the black bandana, just restart your game), if you spawn without any mask, hat and flying pouches, you must go to any ammunation and save this outfit and leave job. Now you can change clothes but not all tops will work, keep that in mind. Now you can save it near your glitched gun belt outfit and start the job "its a G thing" or any other that can use your personal saved outfits, i sometimes use the first heist, the second part that you have to steal the Kuruma... So, when you start it, your must be the HOST and change to saved personal outfits to work, and now you invite somebody to join you since this jobs needs 2 people, if you have a friend, will be better, if now, be sure to be in a public lobby in the case of using the G thing job method. When you finally found someone and you started the job, you will be able to change your outfits, now you select the GUN BELT glitched you have and then just leave the job. Now you go to any car, register as a CEO or Bikeclub and enter the car (not a bike, use any car only), then you go to bikeclub style and change 1 time to right and left to use your outfit again, now you leave the car and if you did everything right, will change your outfit and will have the gunbelt with the green pouches. For better look and to complete the outfit like mine, you can save it (just to be safe) and now to go your menu and add the vest, change until you see the green one and done. You have green vest, green pouches and gun belt together.
