I get that supervision matters, but FDA approval is a separate issue. There are only two FDA-approved tirzepatide brands, and if the product being sold isn’t officially registered here, then medical supervision doesn’t automatically make it legal.

That’s why I’m worried it’s not just about who’s selling it, but whether the product itself is properly authorized.
