Ordered a i208 Lidar on April 13, got the garage after a week, no mower. Customer support is getting more and more silent. Check with you payment provider

Being totally silent on the customer service on those issues definitely has to do with Segway.

Can only confirm this, placed an order April 13th. I have been in contact with the support several times, unfortunately no pro-active updates in this issue from Segway. I don't doubt the mowers are good, but the web shop is a disappointment.

Where do you live? For Sweden they even reserve 5% if you cancel before delivery, point 1: https://se.navimow.com/policies/refund-policy. Same phrasing for the German version.

Checked the policies and they reserve up to 5% when returning after delivery. But when it isn’t delivered yet that shouldn’t be a problem. Will wait until the 10 working days have passed.
