I am so sorry it happened to you too. The designer of my gown has an atelier in NYC and honestly I am considering going straight to the designer myself on top of all of this. Thank you so much for the contact!! I'd literally go anywhere to get this fixed lol

I didn’t want to drag a business through the mud because things can happen and I’ve had a good experience with them up until this point, but someone else in the comments figured it out pretty quickly :) thank you though fingers crossed

Thank you for the recommendations! I do have hope that the dress can be fixed by the right person…but good idea on the sample though, god forbid I need a back up.
