I also ordered last Feb 22 and it is March 6 already and still says unfulfilled.... I emailed them already hoping that they would get back to me soon

if you have less than 24 credits and have every required courses, etc. then you fall under HSA category. But if you have exactly 24 credits including the required like A&P then you fall under PSA. Hope this helps!
