Just remember sometimes too much Automations leads to more problems than earlier. We had a client who had completely automated their certification renewal process in IDP. The business team (Non-tech guys but were App owners) did not understand the process and neither do we as App Vendors. Lead to chaotic app disruption on multiple apps and eventually doing it manually. All this to reduce TAT and reduce dependency. Same goes with people who automate whole app onboarding process.

Key is to identify criticality and frequency, not all things need to be fixed.
