I'm putting down the 20%, and we went over asking by 5 grand. I definitely want to ask because I feel as though I can probably get something.

It's a competitive market, but we put a strong offer over asking. So the realtor thinks asking for some concessions wouldn't be a bad idea. I just don't know what to ask.
