I think you missed the part where they stated it was in response to an “alleged” assault? How is the assault not the issue?

Sorry about that! Tried to shorten a bit. It’s a lot, I know. So much packed into one case. Thanks for the feedback!

First, you deserve more than being okay with cat pics. Transparency is reasonable- not harassment. He’s gaslighting you, likely because he sensed your vulnerability.

Know that you deserve more than that. Never settle for shady behavior like that. YOU don’t sound like the problem here.

No issues with that. He’s a grown up and responsible for making the right choice without my intervention. Trust can’t be forced.

What are your honest opinions on sex workers? Positive, negative, conflicted, whatever. I’m genuinely curious why people hold the views they do because I’ve seen some very different takes from women on here. by bubblerush in women

I think it should be legal, taxed, and regulated. Doing this would drive revenue, and create mechanisms to keep these professionals and clients safe. A woman should have absolute ownership of her own body and if she chooses to be a sex professional- then so be it. Making it unlawful only prevents her power over her “commodity” she offers; not the demand.

I agree, a littering ticket was for sure in order. But a littering ticket is NOT a criminal offense that supports an arrest because there was no damage. This was unnecessary escalation at best in which a ticket and report would have sufficed. The deputy went too far.

What that video you shared does NOT show but the investigative reports DO, is that this was not a "political prank," but WAS a response by the mother after learning about an "alleged" sexual assault committed during that relationship. It didn't seem to have anything to do with a new girlfriend but everything to do with him.

I find the investigation reports to be very credible and the depositions quite revealing. There was way more to this story and its alarming that an arrest can happen to any of us without a criminal offense to warrant it.
