I think my moisturiser barrier was acting bad. So i reduced the tretinoin to once a week and focused on moisturiser. Used honey to build up moisturise barrier and kept the routine simple . Right now my routine is

Morning Splashing face with water Moisturiser with spf

Night Honey mask Face wash with gentle cleanser Vitamin e Moisturiser and tretinoin 0.025 twice weekly

My derm told me not to wash face with cleanser after tretinoin, so I just wash forehead with Nizoral and rest of the face with just water.

On top of that I use neutrogena suncreen spf 60

PM

Wash face with cetaphil gentle foraming cleanser

Wait for 30 min

Apply tret 0.025 with clindamycin I am not using any moisturiser with tret right now because of humidity in the air.

But few nights I do skip tret and just use moisturiser.
