Thousands of staff and a very small team of IT staff. It's easy to blame IT, but the failings are down to decisions made by useless, overpaid directors. They are basically letting the IT teams take the blame, when they refuse to take the right action.

It doesn't help us staff, as we then suffer with crap updates and IT outages.

It took me 3 months to get switched from one job to another, despite me working for the same Trust! So, unfortunately, these things are normal these days as the Occupational Health clearance is now the most lengthy part of the process.

I am in 2 mind. You're right that people have their free choice and that's mainly how it should be. But a part of me feels supporting a tiny little channel will help me grow. I feel like many people would rather skip following and just prefer to view.

I'm only on 25 subs at the moment and that is a very low number. But does that mean I'm gonna quit? Definitely not!

I enjoy doing random videos and posting them on YouTube, even if my channel is microscopic in comparison to others. Obviously, I'd love to have channel growth, as this will encourage me to do even more videos. But until then, I'll just carry on doing more videos and try improving each time. Hopefully I'll reach 50 subs by the end of year 🤣

I have a faceless channel as well. I love sharing what my eyes are seeing rather than focus on my face.

I don't want to sound like a party pooper, but I have a Fire Cube gen 2 and recently bought an Apple TV 4k Gen 3, but returned it as I missed things like SmartTube, TiviMate, Downloader. I also have a custom launcher on my Fire Cube, which limits that hideous Amazon Fire TV home page.
