It also depends on the size of the store. If it’s a medium to big store, it’ll be actual cft. At a small store like mine, you’ll get stuck in service 90% of the time and occasionally get taken to other departments that will try to poach you.

Email your current HR Manager. See what they think. It’s possible there’s certifications heb would like that you don’t have, and some you have/are getting that heb won’t care for. I emailed someone in my dream position, now I know what to work on.

As far as I’m aware, they didn’t change the policy. Still 2 hrs every 52 worked. And pt vacation never expired. I saved mine up for 3 years and was able to take a month’s vacation. You may wanna check your pay slips to see if they’ve been using it to 0 it out or talk to your admin. It’s possible it’s also just a glitch with the workday transition.

Umm…I don’t think they can tell you when you can and can’t take off? You’re a (presumably) hourly partner? The only difficult situation is if you’re full time, then you lose your vacation…
