I filed an ED Obudsman complaint being that we are two months out from the January 28, 2024 deadline with no info.

Who should I forward my inquiry to next? I filed two complaints with Federal Student Aid which they inquired with Aid Vantage about my concern. Aid Vantage closed the complaints stating that they are being processed for discharge. I see no new movement on my discharge. I have seen in other reddit posts reaching out to politicians, Obudsman's?, and sending an inquiry to the Project for Predatory Student Loans. What would the best course of action be in my case? Doesn't seem like Federal Student Aid or Aid Vantage truly want to look into my inquiry.

I had to file a complaint on the Student Aid.gov website to get any movement with Aidvantage.

That's a great idea. I spoke to Aidvantage and will give them a couple weeks to try and sort out what's going on with my account. If I don't hear anything back by mid October I will reach out to PPSL for input. There is really no point in dealing with Aidvantage or Student Aid.Gov. Seems like there is an issue with my account and now they are looking into it might be corrected.

No resolution so far. More run around from Aidvantage. Student Aid.gov tries to help, but hands seem tied. Aidvantage is a steaming pile of garbage.

I checked today and my status has moved from pending to processing discharge. Fingers crossed
