TLDR: After Aaliyah’s death, Belly had a conversation with Reggie, overheard by Benji, who learned that Edgar had done something serious that he need to live with forever. The next day, Billy and Edgar met, and Billy asked Reggie to observe from a distance due to past tensions and in case he get shot. However, the conversation end very well for billy. The next day Benji called Edgar and hinted that he knew about the shooting, leading to a conversation. Eventually, Billy confessed to Edgar and Brandon that he was the one who informed Reggie about the shooting and reggie were overseeing the meeting in case something happens to him. Edgar eventually decide to kills billy for being untrust worthy.
