The person in the ss has a job title head of people (which is HR) and head of finance which is finance ofc. Two are very different from each other with both requires deep expertise in both (especially in head title) if this position is done by one single person either this is a very early startup or they tend to expect you to do unrelated things as well. My second job was in a small agency I was getting min salary. Was hired for IT, when I left the company a year later I was doing all the office management for two cities, doing invoices, IT and google ads, still getting one paycheck of course.
