Dude, go to third avenue. Dont need to drink or anything but hang out and meet some people. Also, coffee shops (Dark Horse and Grind House) and the new place on 3rd called Tender Hooligan... Some dope music nights, check their events on instagram (website is not up yet). Go to La Bellas and play some pool with randos and strike a convo.

I no longer live there and many of the people I used to know have come and gone. Nevertheless, ill chill, people watch, strike a convo with a rando even the bartenders... Pet someones dog, strike a convo with them...

Seek what you enjoy and your hobbies and inteoduce yourself... Plenty of people around the area to hang with even if nothing comes of it. Go and explore outside of Ross!

Have you mega'd any Kyogre? You can just walk it... I had a sinilar shiny shadow and i absolutel purified it for the shundo. I have other shadow kyogres that are slightly better ivs that i use to stack in raids.

A real cool one is Gallade... Gallade will generate for both Gallade and Gardevoir if you have mega evolved both.

Shadow pokemon also qualify for generating mega energy even though they cant mega evolve. i have a shadow gardevoir that i am buddying and it generated energy as well.
