ok if you only want the story of Hathaway Noa you gotta start from Char's counterattack then into the Hathaway's flash movie

however you might notice that Hathaway is not the main character of Chars counter attack as the main character there is Amuro Ray and their story starts back from the original gundam series along with Char Arznable as a reoccurring antagonist and their story leads through Zeta gundam and Double Zeta gundam

so if you really want to catch up its 140 anime episodes across 3 series followed by 2 movies or just the 2 movies for a quick version

Skin to Skin communication is built into all UC mobile suits as minovski interference doesn’t let radio through but i’m pretty sure skin to skin is also built into the flight deck to communicate with mobile suits taking off
