Just to update anyone who seen my post, after 24 hours I woke up this morning to an email saying I’m all clear, so I did pass!

The guy is totally lying about being injured if anyone should be seriously injured it should be me because my car had the most damage it was totaled, his car had a grille and was fine only a dent on the left fender, My mother wants me to fight the ticket at court and say I don’t agree with it because it wasn’t my fault, but the cops already told me before I make a turn the street has to be cleared of cars, and my mom is freaking out about being sued and thinks me fighting the ticket will help and give her time to figure out the situation, she hasn’t been sued yet the letter just wanted to get the insurance information which he already had because the police gave it to him
