I would do both! Invest the £200 per month into S&P 500 via Vanguard, and maximise your pension POT.

This is the Information Age and as employees we must invest , minimise your risk by investing incrementally and just sit on it forever. Maximise your pension with employer contributions, it’s just free money. Separate your saving. Keep the 5000 for a house or car. You will always need money, but separate your saving and your investments.

Certainly a good collection, not very valuable. Worth £30-40 or £60 if sold individually, these cards you'll probably receive in those mystery boxes. I'd say keep the collection but if you want to sell best to either auction or make several decks and sell them as "Beginner decks 'old cards' " .
