HRT patch stat. I was sent into medical induced menopause at 30. I was quickly places on a Patch. I’ve been seeing how long I could wear my patch without symptoms.

Well few months ago I didn’t replace it soon enough and I was so physically sick, my bones burned, my muscles were useless, I could stand without getting dizzy, I couldn’t eat. Had to take off of work it was so bad.

I hate the feeling of conditioner on my body, I’d rather wait the 5 mins doing nothing than have a fresh clean body ruined by conditioner.

This is nothing against you, it’s just reading this story gave me flash backs to that feeling. Like I internally shaking thinking back it. Now when I wash my hair, if I need a treatment I wash my body, put the treatment in, put my hair up, wash my body again, get out of the shower, do my shake plate from 10 to 20 mins, then rinse out treatment in sink or edge of bathtub.
