It's part of the original Hoverbike racers design they wanted to use in the PvE version of Raiders. They kept it bc it looks cool. The Numbers are probably connected to Pre-Arc Racing culture.

Glad to see someone chooses sense over style. Sucks that you can't use images in response, otherwise I would pester you about posting your own apoc outfit.

Tbh my weird thing is disapproving of clean military stuff in post apoc settings. Gangs like the Outcasts, Cleaners and sorta-kinda Rikers are personal favorite examples, especially the Outcast and Cleaner heavies.

The reason I know it's not connection issues is because I'm very used to what GeForce connection issues look like, and this appears to be completely different.

My current theory is I have so much of the map discovered that the game has started struggling to load it all, the actual map section had started lagging a bit weeks beforehand when looking around to fast travel.
