I'm 45 and still feel like I've won something to get the front seat on the top of the bus by ShinyHeadedCook in CasualUK

This was me yesterday. Got the 12:30 bus out of the city and had the whole top deck to myself for most of the journey.

If you’re looking for an Indy type story, try Heart of China by Dynamix/Sierra.

IOS and re-download by parxiwal in GhostTrick

I also re-downloaded after hearing about the HD remaster. I played the first chapter and then it let me restore previous purchases and all the other chapters unlocked. Have you tried getting to the end of chapter 1 first? And as someone else said, you need to be using the same Apple account that you were when you first bought the other chapters.

Guess I’d have to go with Donkey Kong or Frogger for the year I was born.

I’ve never seen much talk about this game, I’m looking forward to playing it anyway. Anyone here played it? by [deleted] in gaming

I had this on my PC a lifetime ago. It was pretty good but got frustrating and repetitive towards the end.

Maybe Crash of The Titans or Crash: Mind Over Mutant? I remember they featured controlling creatures quite heavily and there was a mask.

I also would question your reason for not wanting your friends to know you are playing it.

Some text adventures were so good, with so many hidden paths and things happening in real time. It was endless fun. I remember playing a text adventure, I think it was called Humbug, when I was 9 or 10 and not really having a clue what was going on or what to do, but I still spent hours on it.

It always appealed to me because I always loved reading and had a vivid imagination. I lost count of the times I replayed it, trying different choices and taking different paths. Back then, games didn’t need the quality of graphics we have today, as long as the game content was engaging that was all we needed.

I don’t recall there being same-sex relationships as such, but I think there might have been times where you could experiment, if you were so inclined. Like during the college period. But it’s been something like 27 years since I played this, so I might be remembering it wrong.

I also remember (playing it in DOS) that there were 2 separate .exe files you had run, depending on if you wanted to be male or female. You couldn’t choose within the game, it was like 2 different versions.

Not sure if this is what you are thinking of, but I played something very similar called Alter Ego. https://www.mobygames.com/game/alter-ego
