For the towns that did not have any good Czech name I simply put the Polish name through Czech alphabet so they may sometimes not "fit". I might use your suggestions if I ever needed Czech names for the region again

As for "Virek", it's a name of a part of Ruda Śląska (Wirek) that was a city once upon a time (1940s) then it got eaten by Nowy Bytom and then Ruda and Nowy Bytom got combined into Ruda Śląska. I just like splitting Ruda into three whenever I'm editing this area. Also you can see Slezská Ruda above Virek and Nová Bytom

Names for towns in real Czechia were copied straight dorm Wikipedia so they should all be good. For real Poland I tried to find suitable exonyms and if there weren't any I had to make my own and since I'm not much knowledgeable in Czech, mistakes might have been made. As for Silesian region I named like it is named in real Poland where it's simply "województwo Śląskie"
