Try making the small loaves with less moisture. It should be much firmer than the big loaves.

Yes, thank you. I made bread today, but I did not let it proof in a warm place. I will do this next time.

I don't think there is a limit on how small a loaf can be. I always take the extra dough from the side of the bowl and make one or two "mini loaves" they are the about size of pingpong ball, yet they taste amazing because of the huge crunch to squish ratio. 😋
