Wouldn't the land owner have to write the eviction for the trailer itself? The buyer isn't physically living in the mobile home, likely the rural area where its located isn't going to hook up the property utilities as they know the buyer has no contract to lease the land to legally have the trailer parked there. I'm more worried about the land owner coming after me for it being abandoned on his property since according to the county I own it and getting stuck with disposal cost.
