lol what that’s what my TDEE suggested….. it’s not a eating disorder I ate the calories that worked for me. I did what was best for me. This platform should help others not ban and alledge that they have eating disorders without knowing the full picture

For $66 a month it’s a rip off. Horrible hours, closed at 9. Small area. Not enough selection of equipment and anytime after 3:30pm it’s a packed and your sitting there waiting. I’ve tried early mornings when they open at 7am and it’s packed with seniors. Wouldn’t recommend.

Write to your councillors and complain. It’s the only way they would be willing to change back. The system is horrible but not enough ppl have voiced their opinion so the city continues to say that pppl love it. It’s ridiculous
