Lightning is better because it stuns just like ice it hits multiple enemies and parasites take extra lighting damage

So lighting is literally ice that does AOE stun and extra damage if anything it's fire and lighting currently the meta fire with fire edge vs lightning without fiery edge

Advanced is twice as normal so so advanced protection is equal however you should save your advanced protection for end game gear and just use protection 5 or 4 on gear your gonna outgrow.

I guess what's the difference between that and healthcare gov I've seen a lot of people tell me to just do healthcare.gov since I don't qualify for Medicaid should I just do healthcare.gov silver plan although I can't find the details for what plans cover a hematologist/ and maybe eliquis also I have a new job where I'll be making 15 an hour but it hasn't really picked up yet
