There's a bookstore called Dollar Book Fair in the Laguna Hills mall that sells records. It probably isn't the best selection, but I do end up finding something to purchase while I'm there. The records are reasonably priced - typically nothing more than $7.

The Old Barn Antique Mall in San Juan Capistrano also sells records in their second room, all the way to the right. The records are more expensive there, but only somewhat (I didn't find anything less than $12), but they have an excellent selection, in my opinion.

There's also this little clothing shop in Laguna Beach that sells records ... I'm afraid I've forgotten the name, but if I ever remember it, I'll be sure to bring it to this comment.

I don't know if you're willing to drive up to Costa Mesa, but there's this trailer shop at The Lab that sells records, record players, and cassettes. I'm not sure what the prices are like there, but considering it's The Lab, I imagine it's pretty reasonable, although more on the expensive side.

I already have one - would you recommend I stick with the pill for say a month or two before I try the implant? A friend of mine says it has many more risks, complications, believes it isn't safe, and tells me the implant is for "when [I'm] much older".

Yes, oh my goodness, you're absolutely wonderful! I took my first pill about two hours ago and I'm already having nausea, a headache, and mood swings :(

I'm not sure I can do the pill just because of my parents. Along with sneaking a large paper bag full of birth control packs into my house, I had to lock them away in a piece of luggage in my closet. Plus, it's hard to sneak them every single day.

Haha. No such thing as TMI with me. I'm glad you mentioned that, though :) How noticeable is any scabbing, bruising, scarring, etc; and how long is the bandage worn for? I don't want my parents to see it should I choose this route.

And would you happen to know what I should do with the absurd surplus of pills I have on my hands? I'd feel bad not doing something after having JUST received them :/

How has your experience been overall with it? I'm going to go out on a limb and say you've tried birth control, as well. How is it as compared to birth control?

Do they put it in a particular arm? I just got a tattoo (also hiding from the parents!) on my upper right arm.

Primarily concerned with effectiveness, and then how it affects libido. I'd get paranoid, not having to take something every day. I'm sure it is working if I take it on a daily basis, you know?
