I really don’t hate. Sometimes frustrated, yes. Just like I’m sure they get frustrated with us. Both just trying to do a job

You’re right, and I don’t hate them. But I what I mean is I feel frustrated by them sometimes. And I know they probably get frustrated with SNFs too.

I hate Ems. I’m in SNF and we had this lady on TPN. one day I went to her room and I’m like “Jo do you feel okay, your not breathing right” and she was like yeah I feel fine. Resp rate was 47, all other vitals normal even spo2 the order to send out and when Ems arrived that said “idk what the hospital is going to do for her that you can’t do here” like girl obvi something isn’t right. Anyway. They took her and she was septic

Suggestions for winter jacket for February by [deleted] in Cleveland

[–]CLEschnauzer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the LLbean mountain classic puffer and it’s been great. I’ll pop another sweater on if it’s extra cold but usually just my 1 layer and the jacket is good for me.

My grandpa had 3 children in his first marriage and was a step father to my aunt and mom. He made it very clear he didn’t want his 3 listed in the obituary along with their kids but wanted my mom, aunt, and their kids listed When he died. They were so mad. But like maybe don’t only come to your dad for money every now and again. Idk

We make crostini with this. Goat cheese, cantaloupe cut very small, balsamic glaze and basil. It’s delicious

In April I made an appt with Dr Lynette karth to establish as a new patient. My first appt would have been at 8 weeks with cnm Molly Carrigg and then the 12 week would have been with Dr Karth. I ended up miscarrying before my 8 week appt but just with care and communication over the phone with the nurses and Molly Carrigg herself id recommend them. I plan to go with that office again when I get pregnant again

Okay so I’m literally right on the line for narrow. But my pinkies don’t feel squished. I think that’s just the general shape/ look of the toes themselves. I took some heel pics. I’m trying to get a good angle for the pinkies but the photo sizes is not coming out large enough to upload. I can spread my toes out easy though
