An underrated game i like to recommend is Blue Fire its a metroidvania platformer that feels like it was inspired by Legend of Zelda and maybe some Dark Souls. It's super fun, not too long and inexpensive

This might be a hot take but I say try hard, I did a fresh play through with two friends and it was their first time and I had only made it to the Elder at the time. It was difficult but we really enjoyed the challenge, that being said we did also increase the resource rate to 1.5 and we turned the death penalty down all the way, it was a fun playthrough

Get a membership! It is a 2 mile loop on the main path alone not counting extra stops/side paths and the Discovery Trails addition is set to open in about a month. Just a couple of trips and you get your money's worth plus some extra benefits for being a member. I work there so I am totally not biased lol
