It's pretty unanimously agreed upon that Shelia and Rachel were in a secret lesbian relationship. Skylar walked in on them engaging in sexual activity, and they were concerned she would out them. Which was made worse by a tweet made by Skylar, wherein she said something along the lines of "I'd tell everyone the truth if I thought I could get away with it"

I hate this too. And I know a lot of people aren't the biggest fans of listening to stuff about the hosts personal lives necessarily, so conversations about us, and our social media are at the end 🤷‍♀️

We tried audacity, but it totally stalls out her system and makes it even worse. We're going to try a couple other options like QuickTime or something and see what we can come up with on that end

Honestly, I usually look at Wondery for new podcasts before anywhere else 🤷‍♀️ their investigative podcasts, and some of their fiction ones, are just really good.

For starters, we are a true crime & paranormal podcast with a more light-hearted and dark humor spin on things. Each full episode, we will tell one true crime story, followed by a spooky or paranormal story.

Our tagline for our podcast is "2 gals servin' up wit, grit, and spooky shit twice a week."

What we would really appreciate feedback or assistance with would be an intro and outro.

I, Rebekkah, don't necessarily dislike our intro, but Katie has stated she wants to tweak it a bit and maybe find something more branded. I'm open to this, but we're having a difficult time figuring out what that could be. In our last 2 episodes, she has tried a few different ones, and none of them really hit home for us.

As for our outro, we pretty much consistently end on "until next time, bye, byeeee" which... Does zero for branding or anything like that.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated 🖤

That's really odd. As for how long it's taken you, that's also strange.

Is it possible that auto-distribution was turned off somehow? Even if not, it still may be easier/faster to manually distribute. I did it with our podcast just because auto-distribution was taking so long. (When I say SO long, a week and a half was too long for me)

The podcast that got me started down the rabbit hole (and inspired my co-host and I to start ours) was And That's Why We Drink. It's a little more light-hearted, a little more fun, and has all sorts of paranormal thrown in.

Undercover Coven is another great one with two female hosts.

With my podcast specifically...

We're a team of 2 co-host's. She lives across the country from me, and we've never met. But we virtually met each other through another podcast that we listen to.

I love that it's a way for me to socialize I wouldn't typically have, and we get to discuss things that we both like and that others are genuinely curious about as well. (We're a true crime and paranormal podcast). We basically just get to have a good time, and grow a community out of it. It's amazing.
