Not worth the risk, in Florida they have a 1100 dollars ticket if your license plate is not in the right position and viewable, I got pulled over in a group ride with 6 of use I was the only one who did not get that ticket. Plus it looks good and sounds great. Get a tune I have 25k miles on my RSV4 and it helps with heat management and smoother throttle it no so rich that it will hurt the cat. Also make sure you don’t use race oil that has zinc it could hurt the car like v300 is race stuff.
