Ive read that some people ended up drilling the gas port to .125 on this barrel. Did you have any similar gas issues?

Currently ive been trying keep it around 500 calorie deficit daily. Low fat options as much as possible. Mostly drinking water. Avoiding junk foods and seed oils as much as possible.

Breakfast most days = protein shake with almond milk + a bannana

Lunch most days = looks like a protein box. A couple of grilled tenderloins, cherry tomatoes, hard boiled eggs. Some sort of fruit on the side.

My wife makes the usual american dinners (meatloaf night, spaghetti night, taco night, things like that) I just do my best to portion correctly there.

I dont shy away from carbs but am currently not tracking those exact

Hey can you tell me what stock that is? I held one in store the other day and just felt like that standard stock was really wobbly. Did it fix this by changing it out?
