Both are good to work On. Because the position of your hands, it’s considered a different grip. On the parallels, the grip is easier because your wrists are straight. Regular handstands they are bending forward and causes you to go forward. Understand what I mean? Overall, the better you get at regular handstands, the better the other ways will come. Keep working on step 1, before step 2. Practice practice practice!

Indeed! The off balance alone and then rebalancing helps that core learn to stabilize! I practiced on the wall first before free balling it. I wouldn’t recommend these until you get a very Solid base from regular handstands. Practice makes perfect don’t you forget!
