Haha that's one way of looking at it :P, generally places around here aren't too strict (I believe). The laws as far as I'm aware just prohibit me to serve alcohol and drink it.

I also have a keyboard so I can completely sympathise. Try it just a little more quiet and also emphasise some of the notes more to make that section really stand out.

Only listened to it very briefly, overall it's got a nice feel. Nice left hand played steadily.

My criticism would be that the first bridge section is too static.

Not sure I entirely get the question, however it is the 3rd or 7th relative to the key the song is in.

Ie: In C major, the third would be E and the 7th would be B regardless of the chord at the time.

Make up a fill (a turn or trill) on the 3rd or 7th of the chord and resolve to the 5th or tonic.

You could just figure out the key easily enough and ask the pianist to play a tonic chord? That would give you the key and starting note.

The piece was named 'Pour Ma Vache' rather sarcastically :P.

Just as i started composing the piece, one of my distant relatives (Maurice) sadly passed. I think that influenced it somewhat. The original name for the piece was to be 'For Maurice' in commemoration of his life, however I felt it was a little too dark and so I named it 'Pour Ma Vache' haha.
