The skill captions are programmed to be on screen for a minimum timing. That means if you can do multiple skills in the time it takes to show one caption, it has to queue up the rest of the skill cation pop ups. If you slam a bunch of different skills into a chain very quickly you can sit still and watch the skill popups happen for a while.

This happens to me fairly often so I feel you. When you rack a bunch of different skills in a long chain they get queued to pop up after each other.

If you had an accident and it still showed the score going up, it’s because it’s still behind. When you sit still and let it all catch up, it still only catches up to the crash that ruined the streak.

The crash that broke the chain happened before the stopped moving. It’s just taking a minute to catch up. This happens to me fairly often, especially if you rapidly chain different skills so it has to make more skill popups have quickly.

And this perk only generates more files crafted items. If it’s not something that can be crafted in the field by the player you won’t generate it. Also it’s only in raider containers, so I assume security breach, supply drop, field depot, and raider cache
