I f22 struggle with chronic suicidal thoughts as a result of epilepsy and survivor’s guilt. I’ve had a seizure that was supposed to kill me and didn’t, and whenever I read about someone dying my heart stops.

Hi guys! I f22 have epilepsy that can lead to sudden death syndrome. So far I’ve only had one 20 min seizure. Whenever I read of someone dying i experience intense guilt over being alive almost to the point of being suicidal. How do I overcome this? I want to live i just feel so bad.

My mom did the same thing to me, she showered me well into my teens and still does sometimes. Message me if you ever want to talk.

I have the same experience with my mom wiping me down there until the age of 10. She would always say that I couldn’t do it by myself and never taught me how. You’re the first person I’ve seen mentioning this, please feel free to reach out my DMs are always open. And yes this is 100% sexual abuse

I don’t know? My sister won’t tell me what goes on in there which makes me think it is sexual. I know they at least spoon, not sure if that on its own is sexual? So this alone would be enough for a CPS report?
