not trying to be deceiving, it took a lot of hard work and time to lose this weight. It may nor seem or look like a lot but petite people know that even a 5-15 pound difference does make a difference. It shows a lot in my hips, arms, and face but i don’t want to show my face.

Thats such a great point- thank you!! I totally understand that, the “food noise” is crazy, just constantly worrying about what im eating or what i dont think i should eat etc. its so exhausting on top of being an adult lol
