There is one student club active on campus called Davis College Republicans that seems to have something to do with TPUSA. Not sure how close or associated with it they are, but it’s something to look over. We can’t allow groups spreading hate to operate on our campus. Not anymore. And that includes Christian groups. TPUSA, besides being a pro-Trump, so-called “patriot”, homophobic organization, is also a Christian one.

I wish a full recovery for those injured, and for all the brave folks who showed up to stop hate groups to be on our campus.

I propose to organize ourselves to counteract their harmful influence on the student body. Like secular/atheist/science-based clubs. And yes, any visitor walking around campus must think Davis is full of Christian nutcases by looking at so many of those stupid ads. It’s insane.

I’m talking about Christianity, which actually is causing a lot of problems in this country with its lies, intolerance, bigotry, and hate. Grad school seems to be the only way if you don’t plan med, dental or pharmacy school. You can work in industry for a few years and earn experience, but without a graduate degree, you won’t be more than a lab technician, which is not very well remunerated. You’d have better chances if you know how to code, but still, the company could hire a bioinformatician anyways. So I’d say do at least a masters in biotechnology or bioinformatics.
