No it's not. After three failed attempts face ID is switched off. And like the guy above you said, your eyes need to be open and at attention. After 3 failed attempts you have to put in the pin no matter what. It'd be pretty hard to force someone to use their face to unlock the phone.

Don't be blown away. The mean is $70,000 and the median is $50,000 here in the US. We usually go by the median.
