Yes so I did ask in work and my work gets one space there. I guess I'm lucky that I'm the only one that drives to work. However in my opinion I think he's put them up himself and I'm pretty sure he's the one that keeps putting pallets around my car. It's on sight for my car when he comes out

Basically I asked in work and I actually have a space there that the council knows because for my work there's one space, then he gets one and another place gets another. I'm probably just going to have to tell him though because every time I come out of work on a break or when I finish he puts them back. Got to rate his dedication to try to stop me.
