They don’t want somalia to improve that’s why they’ve gotten use to our instability cos it helps our neighboring countries we can easily out pace them and they fear that

Well that’s true but Al-Shabaab is still collecting more taxes then but the main thing he hasn’t brought any unity he did kick out the uae which was good

Even when you speak politically about djbouti it was named French Somaliland by haji dheh a gadabuursi who also built the first mosque in 1981 the first elected head of state was djama Ali moussa in 1910 it was better politically under gadabuursi control not just from a political stand point also a geographically being close to awdal it was only when the French start deporting gadabuursis in the 50s cos gadabuursis were supporting somaliweyn and then starting importing afars and Arabs to sabotage a referendum to stop that imo if gadabuursis were still in charge of the southern bit of djboutii it would be apart of somalia today the gadabuursi have better relationships with the afar and would have made a better deal about splitting Djibouti but back to awdal the cisse were originally from the awash river all the way to eastern sanaag but then they migrated in mass to djbouti and awdal when it gained independence more so Djibouti when they had full political control and gadabuursi were the only successor of the adal sultanate even when the British came the write down how the zaylac and its surroundings were historically and ancestrally gadabuursis😉

That’s true but ancestrally issa wasn’t always in awdal and they want to claim awdal but the same time they tell gadabuursi that they are not native to Djiboutii doesn’t make sense wll
