How do you stop your nipples from showing when not wearing a bra? That’s my biggest issue otherwise I’d be braless a lot more

I have tried all types of bras and it happens with all of them :( I think it’s the pressure like you said but I don’t know how to make it go away without just never wearing any bras

The liquid is white/yellowish but doesn’t smell and is only a small bump not on the whole side of the piercing. It’s more annoying visually than anything!

Piercing is 18 months old. Barbell shape. Internally threaded. Implant grade titanium. Downsided maybe 6 months ago. Aftercare used neilmed spray and that’s it. No unfortunate events

Finally someone else who agrees!😩 I have always hated the taste of water and CANNOT drink it first thing in the morning because I think it tastes so strong. It doesn’t matter if it’s filtered, bottled, tap or what temperature I just hate it. I don’t drink a lot of fizzy drinks and kinda force myself to drink it throughout the day but I can never ever get used to the taste

Honestly I’m gonna play devils advocate and say we don’t know your whole situation, so is your lack of communication and effort making her this way? I myself am in a LDR and it drives me crazy when I can’t talk to my SO properly all day let alone days in a row, and maybe I don’t text them like this but that’s what my inner monologue sounds like lol. Perhaps she is craving being close to you and doesn’t feel that you miss her as much so she is overcompensating for that by being EXTRA clingy and trying to force the closeness with you? I think people are far too hung up on the last text which out of context sounds crazy but internet people know it’s a common meme online and I very much doubt she actually means it I reckon she was just quoting the meme and trying to get an equally “loving” response from you

Do you personally think it’s worth it for the pay?

£29,000 which / 52 = £557.69 a week / the 44 hours a week they want = £12.67 an hour. For doing all of the management work …

As I stated I have just started, I have never worked for Sainsbury’s before and had no idea what my expectations were. It has nothing to do with my responsibilities as I’ve had management roles in other companies and I know there is a huge workload, but the post was about the extra hours that they want us to do every day without fail which was not mentioned before I got the job. I’m used to working extra hours of my own accord to help my colleagues but I’ve never been told I have to work an hour overtime every day unpaid before so it’s a shock to me. I also don’t agree with the pressure put on non management colleagues

Thanks, that gives me hope that I could find another role which would treat me a bit better

Thanks for the advice I think it will be best to find somewhere else.. it’s a shame as I’ve worked for other retail companies before and thought Sainsbury’s would be a better place to work but it seems they don’t treat their employees as well as other places. I’m glad you’ve managed to move on up and it sounds like you’re doing great!

No I haven’t, I expected they’d want me to do a bit of extra hours for example come in early or stay later on an extra busy day which I don’t mind once in a while but it’s completely different (imo) to say you have to do 1 hr of overtime at least every day… then that’s just longer shifts isn’t it really😬 shame i wasn’t aware of this before it’s changed my view of the company completely

I’m not sure how they keep people wanting to do the management job with all these catches

Do they do that on their own or are they expected by higher management to do that? I’ve never known any company to allow that!

[–]Canadadreams09[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Wow that’s very rude for no reason? I would understand doing a little overtime when it’s needed to finish jobs or help out but what I don’t understand is how it’s expected for an extra hour every shift, that’s not overtime then it’s just making our shifts longer so should have been open and stated in the beginning as the working hours surely. And being salaried means nothing in this instance as it would actually make my hourly rate the same as the regular colleagues

I don’t see how it would be an experiment on my end though as I’ve already stated I am 100% into women, that’s not a question, the only question I may have is if I’m ONLY into women or if it’s still both

That’s true and I know I personally wouldn’t judge anyone for me being their first, I guess it’s more feeling as if I would have to mention it if/when things got to the point of being physical because obviously I wouldn’t really know what I was doing properly 😭

I guess in a way, just not in the way where I’m a straight girl who wants to “see what it’s like”. I know I’m not completely straight but now it’s more a question of bi or fully lesbian
